<How to use>
- Select the desired binding orientation.
Figure Binding Orientation Description
No(Simplex) 1 Sided (general) Print is available.
Long Edge It is mainly used for printing in book style.
(It is available to turn over the paper to longer
orientation).
Short Edge It is a layout used for creating general calendar.
- Click the paper tab and pick up the paper size, paper supplier, and paper type.
- Click OK or Print until the printing screen exits.
② [2-Booklet]
This feature allows printing on 2 sides of a paper and then folding and binding the
arranged pages for making a booklet.
The following papers can be used only for making a booklet:
(A3, B4, A4, B5, A5, 11 ”×17”, Legal, Letter, Executive, 8”×13”, US Folio, 8¼” ×13”,
Governmental Legal, 8K, 16K). To change the following Print Settings, open Printing
Preferences screen and click Print Settings Tab.
