Preparation for Using the Machine

Copy Features
Duplex Copy
Copy can be made on duplex paper. For more information, see
Combine Copy
2 or 4 pages of the file can be copied on 1 side of a paper. Papers can be more conserved by
this feature and 2 sided copy feature. For more information, see
ID Copy
2 sides (front/back) of a driver’s license or name card can be copied on 1 side of a paper. For
Rotate sort
When copying some quantities, they can be output by changing the paper orientation for easy
classification. For more information, see

SCANNER
File Storage
Files can be stored in the file box in the Machine in scanning, and preview, modification of file
name, or deletion can be made through file manager menu. Opening a file, download, or
management is available through the access to Web.
PRINTER
PC Print
The Machine can be used as a printer by installing a printer driver in the user’s computer.
File Print
Image files stored in USB memory or HDD can be printed.
File Transmission
Scanned file can be transmitted by E-mail, Net Folder, or FTP.
