7. Setting Mode
General Settings(Setting Mode)
You can set required items before using the Machine.
The following items can be set, including the name and Fax No.,with the setting mode menu below:
Display Language
Select the language to be used for LCD and List.
Current Time
Set the correct display time. This mode is applied to all the fax functions including Designate Fax
Transmission and communication management. Enter year, month, day, hour, and minute.
TTI
It makes the receiver easy to identify the sender of fax by printing the Sender’s name and number
in the output to the Receiver.
TTI: When TTI is ON, the Sender’s name and number are added on the top of the sending original.
Fax Header
Fax Header (Station Name) can be printed in the output to the Receiver.
Max. 20 digits can be input.
Telephone No. to order
The Fax No. of the fax sending machine can be printed in the output. Max. 20 digits can be input.
