As soon as the PCS has established the
link (block_lock asserted and
align_done set accordingly for 40G
and 100G mode of operation), the auto-
negotiation process completes and
asserts the signal an_done.
Note that autonegotiation cannot
complete until the PCS layer has
acquired a valid link. The status register
should be inspected
Note that, when the clock for auto-negotiation is selected (sd_tx_clk_ctrl=00), the SerDes
must be configured to support autonegotiation accordingly.
