CLI HELP COMMAND

By using the ? character when entering commands into the CLI, the User can receive help information on how
to complete their command. Using the ? character will tell the CLI to list all the possible entries that can come
next.

The following example illustrates the way the ? character is used to help the user complete their command.
In the example the line rate will be set to 2048K. Lines preceded with --> represents input from the user, lines
not preceded with anything represent the response from the CLI.
