Using Other Included Software

Your camera comes with a number of utility programs
in addition to EPSON Photo!4. This chapter tells you
how to use these programs and covers the following
topics:

Using EPSON CameraStarter to start EPSON
AutoDownloader or EPSON PhotoQuicker, in
order to download or print photos in the PhotoPC
3100Z’s memory card.

Converting image and sound files to a compatible
file format using EPSON File Converter, so that
they can be uploaded to your camera’s memory
card. Also, capturing screen shots of your
computer desktop.

Printing photos that are saved on your camera’s
memory card, or that have already been saved on
your hard disk, using EPSON PhotoQuicker.

Combining photos that were taken with the
camera’s Stitching function to create a panorama
image, using EPSON Panorama Boutique Light.

Using EPSON CameraStarter

EPSON CameraStarter provides a convenient way to
launch EPSON AutoDownloader and EPSON
PhotoQuicker so that you can transfer files from your
memory card to a computer, print your images, or do
both in one session.

Follow the steps below to use EPSON CameraStarter.

1.

Connect the PhotoPC 3100Z to your computer as
explained in “Connecting the camera to your
computer” on page 19.

2.

Start EPSON CameraStarter as described below.

For Windows Users
Click Start, point to Programs, then to EPSON
Camera,

then to EPSON Photo!4, and then click

EPSON CameraStarter
