(7) Attach the boot over the lead wires drawn out from the rear cover.
Press the smaller end of boot into the rear cover.
(8) Put the rear cover and stator assembly over
the rotor.
Tap on the rear cover evenly with a plastic
hammer to press the rotor bearing into the
rear cover.
(9) Tighten the four bolts, washers and spring
washers to join the rear cover to the front
cover.
6 ш Ч 25 mm bolt........................ 4 pcs.
6 ø wash .................................... 4 pcs.
6 ø spring washer ...................... 4 pcs.
Tightening torque: 4.9 ~ 5.9 N-m (50 ~ 60
kg-cm, 3.6 ~ 4.3 ft-lb)
9-4-4 END COVER
Attach end cover to the rear cover.
The air-inlets of the end cover have to face down-
ward.
6 ш Ч 8 mm flange bolt ............... 4 pcs.
Tightening torque: 3.9 ~ 5.9 N-m (40 ~ 60
kg-cm, 2.9 ~ 4.3 ft-lb)
