5.7.4 Backup
・Record a portion of the main HDD content to a Backup HDD.
・Possible to backup HDD and CD.
■ How to Setup
1) Set-up start and end dates by using Jog and the right/left button.
2) When the Watermark box is checked, a digital watermark is placed on the image
during backup, and tampered data can be detected during playback.
3) Select Backup and backup will start.
It is possible for this to take a long time depending upon the motion
contents of the system.
4) If there is no data to backup, “Out of backup range” message will display.
5) If there is no HDD to backup, “Backup HDD not found” message will display.
6) For CD-R media, cancellation may damage the CD while it is being backup.
・This message is displayed if
there is no Backup HDD.
・This message is displayed if
there is no date to Backup.
! ・Please input the time into Start/ End Time section when the image was recorded.
・When backup is performed designating larger capacity than the free space of CD-
R/RW or HDD, backup will be ended if the free space is used up.
