If no startup program is set with the boot entry command, the program to be displayed at the
top with the show flash command will be loaded.
At a restart with the reload command
Almost the same operations as those performed at startup by turning ON the power switch are performed,
except that self-diagnosis is not performed and the (2) and subsequent steps are performed.
All of the running config and statistical and other information, that existed before the restart will be lost.
