Home Central Service queue.
6 Cell_0_Pres_Dis Entity Present The partition has a cell 0.
8 Cell_2_Pres_Dis Entity Absent The partition does not have a cell 2.
10 Maintenance_Mode State De-asserted The partition is not in maintenance
mode.
