Adding Documents To a Scheduled
Operation

You can add documents to the delayed transmission previously
scheduled in your machine’s memory.

Feed the document(s) face up into the ADF.

Or

Place a single document on the document glass face down.

Adjust the document settings if necessary. For details, see
“Adjusting Document Settings” on page 2.4.

Press Menu/Exit and then Add/Cancel on the one-touch
dial keypad.

Press Mode/Enter to access “ADD”. The LCD display shows
the last job scheduled in the memory.

until you see the operation to which you

want to add documents, and press Mode/Enter.

The machine automatically stores the documents in the
memory, and the display shows the remaining memory
capacity and the number of pages.

OTE

:

For documents scanned from the document glass, the

display asks if you want to scan another page. Select “1.YES” to
add another page, otherwise select “2.NO”.

After storing, the product shows the total number of pages
and added pages, and then returns to standby.
