ADMINISTERING THE FAX SOFTWARE
Follow these steps to import data into the Phonebook in ASCII
comma delimited or Intel CAS format. The Fax Manager
automatically detects whether the imported file is in ASCII
comma delimited or Intel CAS format.
1. Select Import/Export Phonebook on the Fax Manager menu.
2. Press Enter.
3. Select Import.
4. Press Enter.
5. Specify a filename for the file to be imported.
6. Press Enter.
N Note: If the file is not in the fax software directory,
specify the path to the file. The imported data is added
to the end of your present Phonebook data if a
PSFAX.DIR file is present in the \PSFAX directory.
