MAINTENANCE DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
(15mm Bell Cup and Shape Air Ring)
Step 3
Locate the Cup Wash Fitting
that is mounted on the Shape
Air Ring.
Remove the Cup Wash Fitting
from the Shape Air Ring.
When assembling the Cup
Wash Fitting, tighten with fin-
gers until an audible “click” is
heard.
Note: Be careful not to drop the
Cup Wash Ferrule.
Make sure when assembling
the Cup Wash Fitting that the
ferrule taper end is inserted
into the Cup Wash Fitting.
