MAINTENANCE DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES
(65mm Bell Cup and Shape Air Ring)
Step 3
Locate the Cup Wash Fitting that
is mounted on the Shape Air
Ring.
Step 4
Remove the Cup Wash Fitting
from the Shape Air Ring.
When assembling the Cup
Wash Fitting, tighten with fin-
gers until an audible “click” is
heard.
Note: Be careful not to drop the
Cup Wash Ferrule.
Make sure when assembling
the Cup Wash Fitting that the
ferrule taper end is inserted
into the Cup Wash Fitting.
