17.3 Failsafe Clear Latched
The Fail Safe Status window will be updated with the Failsafe Clear Latched condition when
the active condition has been cleared. The Clear Latch button will be enabled for the user
to clear the latch. If the positioner is not in out of service (OOS) operation state, required for
clearing the latched state, the user will be prompted to switch to OOS state.

17.4 Failsafe Clear Non-Latch
The Fail Safe Status window will be updated to the Failsafe Clear Non-Latch condition
when the latch has been cleared.
