In Supervisor Mode, the supervisor interface can be displayed on the customer
screen or the rear operator panel if one exists (FT5000 XP ). Its also possible
to use the customer screen even if the ATM is equipped with a rear operator
panel. This can be configured through supervisor functions as described later
in this document (Refer to the menu options S
elect
> t
rAnSFer
and A
cceSS
> Init Disply).
From the standard Prism TM NDC Supervisor top-level menu (refer to the Select
menu section), sub-menus are accessed by entering their numeric tag and
pressing the <e
nter
> key. To clear a selected option number, press <c
leAr
>.
When you are in a sub-menu or half way through a function, you can press
the <c
Ancel
> button at any time to ‘back out’ and return to the parent menu.
Successive presses of <c
Ancel
> will return you to the main menu (Select).
With Prism TM NDC running, open the control panel, locate and turn the su-
pervisor switch to ‘SUPERVISOR’.
Refer to the applicable Figures below (by model type). Lock the Prism
TM NDC
application in “S

” by depressing the “Supervisor” rocker
switch so the raised RED edge on one side of the switch is NOT visible. This
will prevent the Prism TM NDC application from exiting to the “c

”. In the RL5000 XP or the FT5000 XP , the “Supervisor” switch is
located on the Controller PC mounting bracket.
