Alternating PV & Totalizer - This selection causes the LCD to alternate between the PV and

totalizer. This selection is only valid when the primary variable is set to “Volumetric”, “Mass”, or

“Standard” flow. If alternating PV & totalizer is being displayed on the LCD and the PV selec-

tion is changed to something other than “Volumetric”, “Mass”, or “Standard” flow, then the LCD

mode will automatically be changed to “-Primary Variable” (PV). The totalizer is started and

stopped by the “Totalizer” dialog box. The “Totalizer” dialog box is accessible from the “Tools”

pull-down menu.

NOTE: Save the changes to EEPROM and put the meter in-service after making changes.

The meter can be configured to continuously transmit measurements via the HART interface.

The burst mode operation can be configured from the “Burst Mode” dialog box. To bring up this

box, click the “Configure Meter” pull-down menu on the Main screen and then select “Burst

In burst mode, the selected message is repeatedly transmitted on the HART interface at a rate

of three messages per second. There are three messages that can be selected for burst mode:

• Primary Variable

• Analog Output Current and the Percent of Range values

• Analog Output Current and Four Dynamic Variables.

Only one of these options can be selected at a time.

burst Mode selection - This check box allows the user to enable or disable burst mode.

Check the box to enable burst mode and uncheck the box to disable burst mode.
