Error Codes and Messages
The Remote Web Console software displays error messages when error conditions occur during
XP Continuous Access operations (see
Figure 56 (page 161) ). The error message describes the error
and provides a part code and error code (Part Code = 6005, Error Code = 8736 in Figure 56 (page
161) ). The error message may also include a storage system SVP error code. If you need to call HP
technical support for assistance, report the error code(s). See the storage system document HP
StorageWorks XP24000/XP20000 Remote Web Console Error Codes for a list of the error codes
displayed on the Remote Web Console computer.
