RAID Manager
Use the RAID Manager to perform FS tasks. You do this by running commands from a host. For

How Fast Snap works
This topic explains how FS works.
Fast Snap Pools
FS stores snapshot data in pools. A pool consists of multiple pool-VOLs. The pool-VOLs contain the
snapshot data. A pool can contain up to 1,024 pool-VOLs.
Each storage system can contain up to 128 pools, and can include the following pools:

THP
•
Smart Tiers (Smart)
•
FS
•
Snapshot (SS)
The following figure illustrates the relationship between a FS pair and a pool.
