the location of the problem:

0 = Internal memory
1 to 3 = DIMM slots 1, 2, or 3

You might need to replace the specified DIMM.

CHECK SETTINGS

An error occurred in the printer’s nonvolatile memory (NVRAM) and
one or more printer settings has been reset to its factory default.

Print a configuration page and check the printer settings to determine
which values have changed (page 134).
