Messages for protecting the HDD AUDIO PLAYER

If the HDD AUDIO PLAYER detects an abnormality inside the unit, one of the following messages appears
for about 5 seconds and then the HDD AUDIO PLAYER automatically enters the standby mode.

Note

The HDD AUDIO PLAYER enters the normal standby mode, even if the Network Standby mode is set to
[On].
The next time you turn the power on, the volume will be at the minimum.

AMP PROTECTOR

The internal temperature of the HDD AUDIO PLAYER is too high. Turn the power off, remove any objects
covering the ventilation holes and then turn the power on again.

HDD PROTECTOR

The internal temperature of the HDD AUDIO PLAYER is too high. Turn the power off and remove any
objects covering the HDD AUDIO PLAYER. Wait until the HDD AUDIO PLAYER cools down sufficiently and
then turn the power on again.

USB PROTECTOR

An abnormal current is being output to the EXT port on the rear of the HDD AUDIO PLAYER. Turn the
power off, confirm the connection and then turn the power on again.

CPU PROTECTOR

The internal temperature of the HDD AUDIO PLAYER is too high. Turn the power off and remove any
objects covering the HDD AUDIO PLAYER. Wait until the HDD AUDIO PLAYER cools down and then turn
the power on again.
