8.3 Automatic mode
1. Load the connection AUTO or select the preselect Auto on the Festo
Commander FSSC−12.
2. Push the selector switch Output into the position 1 (output activated).
3. Actuate an external Start button or press the Start button on the Festo
Commander FSSC−12. This triggers the automatic mode.
Please note
The button Man.Step and the selector switch Output are internally locked in
automatic mode.
Simply replugging the hoses on the Quickstepper allows the controller to quickly
adjust to changes in tasks.
Series connection of multiple Quicksteppers allows the total number of steps to be
expanded in a user−defined manner. Connect 2 Quicksteppers according to the
following example:

Please note
When using the Festo Commander only one Quickstepper is directly controlled.
The products can be used again in conversions. The existing hose system can stay
put.
