Select Files for each Recipient
Each recipient may have different files from the same pool of files that will need to be
printed. For instance, the set may include 100 files but recipient #1 will only need the first
20 of the files which includes all of the electrical schematics; recipient #2 may need to have
the next 20 images which will include all of the plumbing schematics.
Simply choose the recipient from the drop down list and then tag each file that is to be
printed for each recipient.
1. Choose the recipient from the drop down list
2. Select the files in the list by clicking on the open check box.
a. It is possible to click the Select All button to tag/select all images for the
desired set.
3. Click the Save button to save the changes per recipient.
