What is the Control Strip?

When you turn on your AppleVision 1710

AV

Display, a line of small pictures

appears in the lower-left corner of the screen. This is called the Control Strip.
Each picture in the Control Strip is called a module.

The Control Strip is a quick and easy way to make changes to common
settings on your Macintosh such as screen resolution or color depth.

The Control Strip may look slightly different depending on the options on
your Macintosh.

To get a description of each module in the Control Strip, pull down the Help
menu, choose Show Balloons, and point to the modules one at a time.
