Water not fi lling OK.

The system could not completely
fi ll the inner vessel with
water completely within the spe-
cifi ed period of time.

Acknowledge the error message
to revert to the „Wait“ message.
Water level in the condenser too
low.
Water fl ow rate insuffi cient.

Defect at the water sensor.

The water sensor shows comple-
tely full within a very short time.

Acknowledge the error message
to revert to the „Wait“ message.
Check whether a drip is handing
from the water sensor.
Blow out the recess around the
water sensor.

Rfi d ID of the new decompositi-
on vessel not accepted.

This error message is triggered
by the dialogue „New decom-
position vessel“ if you attempt
to register a new decomposition
vessel at the C6000 using an Rfi d
ID that has already been used.

Acknowledge the error message
to continue the dialogue.
Use a different Rfi d ID for this de-
composition vessel.

The Rfi d value detected does not
match any of the decomposition
vessel registered at the C 6000.

Acknowledge the error message
to revert to the „Prepared“ mes-
sage.
Check whether the vessels have
been mixed up.
Check whether a misleading Rfi d
is stated anywhere.
Register this decomposition ves-
sel at the C 6000.

Converter alarm

High-precision temperature
measurement is one of the core
functionalities of the calorimeter.
Any error message regarding the
temperature recording brings
the current measurement to an
end and demands a system test.
Further work using the calorime-
ter can be performed only once
the system test has been com-
pleted successfully.

Acknowledge the error message
in order to switch to the „System
Check“ status.
Press the „Restart“ button“.
The temperature converter is re-
set and the system test starts.
On successful completion the
status switches to „Wait“
If the system test was unsuccess-
ful, switch the C 6000 off and on
again.
If the system test is unsuccessful
again, please contact IKA
