Maintenance
• Clean inside the seed box with a blower.
• Wash the seed drill without using high pressure.
• For cleaning and maintenance, wear protective
glasses and gloves to prevent injury.
• If there is left-over seed, wear a dust mask to
prevent inhaling dust.
Lubrication
• Grease the machine regularly at the beginning and end of
the season.
Depth control connecting rod coupling (1)100 hours.
Depth control crank coupling (1)100 hours.
Wheel hubs (2)100 hours.
Outside rows (2 or 4)100 hours.

Marker swivel joint in central position (2)100 hours.
• Lubricate the tramlining clutch springs (preferably by
spraying on an antiseize compound).
• Lubricate the drive chain.
• Grease the areameter pinion (knob of grease).
• Check the oil level in the variator (with drill horizontal) and
top up to the red dot with ATF - DEXTRON II D automatic
gearbox oil.
Change the oil every 500 hectares, or every 2 years at the
most.
Checks
• The coulter unit rod set may be adjusted by tightening the
cone-mounted hinge pin.
• Change the cast iron shares before wear reaches the
sides of the sheet metal coulter otherwise the grain
sowing quality will be affected.
Entretien
• Souffler intérieur trémie
• Laver le semoir sans haute pression
• Pour le nettoyage et entretien, porter lunette
de protection et gants pour éviter toutes
blessures.
• Si il reste de la semence porter un masque
anti-poussière pour éviter toute inhalation.
Graissage
• Procéder régulièrement à un graissage de la machine en
début et fin de campagne.
Noix de bielle de terrage (1)100 heures.
Noix de manivelle de terrage (1)100 heures..
Moyeux de roue (2)100 heures.
Rangs extérieurs (2 ou 4)100 heures..
! Articulation de traceur au centre (2)100 heures.
• Huiler les ressorts de débrayage pour repérage, (il est
préférable de pulvériser du dégrippant).
• Huiler la chaîne de distribution.
• Graisser les pignons de compteur d'ha (une noix de
graisse).
• Vérifier le niveau d'huile du variateur (semoir horizontal),
ajuster le niveau au point rouge avec de l'huile de boîte de
vitesses automatiques. ATF - DEXTRON II D
Effectuer la vidange tous les 500 ha ou tous les 2 ans si la
surface n'est pas effectuée.
Vérification
• Le jeu de tiges d'éléments semeurs est réglable par
serrage de l'axe d'articulation monté sur cônes.
• Changer les socs en fonte avant que l'usure atteigne les
flancs latéraux de la botte en tôle.
Dans le cas contraire, vous perturbez la qualité
d'enterrage de la graine.

* Смазывайте пружины муфты для образования тех.колеи
(используя аэрозольные противозадирные составы )
* Смазывайте приводную цепь
* Смазывайте консистентной смазкой шестерни счетчика
площади (маховичок смазки)
* Следите за уровнем масла в вариаторе (сеялка в
горизонтальном положении), контролируйте достижение
красной точки верхнего уровня в автоматическом
масляном редукторе ATF - DEXTRON II D
* Производите замену масла каждые через 500 гектаров
или каждые 2 года максимум
* Наконечник сошника регулируется поворотом
шарнирного пальца с конусным наконечником
* Меняйте наконечники килевидных сошников до того,
как износятся металлические плоскости сошников, в
противном случае пострадает качество посевного
материла
