module status indicator. Apply power to device, wait for
MAC_id to complete, and correct,
as needed.
Green Device is online and has one or more
I/O connections in established state. None.
Flashing
green Device is online but has no
connections in established state. None.
Flashing red One or more I/O connections are in
the timed-out state. Check for I/O module failure, and
correct, as needed.
Red Critical link failure – failed
communication device. Device
detected error that prevents it from
communicating on the network. Verify that adapter and terminal
bases are properly installed, and
reinstall, as needed.
Flashing
red/green Device is in self-test. None.
