Starting the Trace
The trend begins as soon as you press [F10], and the interface displays a screen
similar to the example below, show both trigger condition and status. Pressing
[F7] on the DIAGNOSTICS screen may also start the trend.

Once the drive begins collecting data, the diagnostic status shows
‘TRIGGERED’. When the buffer configured for a single trigger contains a
complete capture, the message displays ‘STOPPED’ (see
), along with
the occurrence time and date stamp. The trend buffers are viewable only when
‘STOPPED’.
IMPORTANT The interface does not implement new values until you press [F10] to exit
the screen. Prior to this you can modify the new value by repeating the
above procedure, or cancel by pressing [F7]. Cancelling returns the option
to the original value.
