Viewfinder Displays

To display the date and time on a connected TV,

press the DATE button. Press the AGE button to
see the age and the C.TITLE button to see the title.

These displays are recorded just as they appear on
the screen.

Press the wireless controller’s ON SCREEN button

to see the other viewfinder displays on the TV
screen. They will not be added to your recordings.

Indicates a flashing display.

The tape counter indicates

roughly how long you have
recorded.

In this example, you have recorded for

approximately 1 hour, 23 minutes and 45 seconds
(in SP mode).
The tape counter also indicates the length of time

the tape has been running during search and
playback.
The tape counter is reset when a cassette is

loaded, or when you press the COUNTER RESET
button.

Recording reminder

0 SEC

10 SEC

The camera counts from 0 SEC to 10 SEC when

recording starts.

This is to help you make sure your scenes are not
too short, for easy viewing and editing. Try to

record at least the full 10 seconds.
