Store a document in a mailbox

For a mailbox to be polled by a remote 7041/7042 machine, you

must first scan a document into the mailbox. Several documents
can be scanned into the same mailbox; the machine transmits
all documents from the same mailbox in the same telephone
call.

If the document jams in the scanner or if the memory becomes

full while the machine scans the document, the machine deletes

all pages of the document being scanned. Print and delete any
unnecessary files.

Use the following procedure to store a document in the mailbox;

1. Load the document face-down in the ADF.
