Description This query returns a value indicating whether the
power meter is displaying absolute (dBm or W)
or relative (dB or W/W) power values for the
specified channel.
Syntax :SENSe[1..n]:POWer[:DC]:REFerence:STATe?

Current reference mode, where:
0 - is the absolute mode(dBm or W).
1 - is the relative mode (dB or W/W).
