DND - Do not Disturb - Stops all intercom calls from Ringing
at your extension.
Call Waiting - This allows you to receive a second call while
you are busy on a call.
Call Forwarding - This allows you to forward your calls to a
different destination. Select between Always - Never rings
your phone, Busy - only when you are on the phone or No
Answer - when you do not answer the call. The forward
destination can be another extension, your voice mailbox, or
even an external telephone number.
Auto Answer - Although not recommended, this allows all
calls, intercom and telephone line to automatically answer at
your telephone.
Phone Lock - This allows you to lock your extension to
prevent unauthorized calls while you are not at your
telephone.
Call Log - There are four different locations that the X-44
saves call information; Dialed Calls, which are calls that you
have dialed, Missed Calls, which are calls that were not
answered, Answered Calls, which are calls that you have
answered. Delete allows you to delete a category or a
specific call from the list. These Call can be used to dial
back any of the stored telephone numbers.
Phonebook - Enter up to 10 of the most dialed telephone
numbers, and names, for easy dialing access.
Speed Dialing - Enter up to 10 of the most dialed telephone
numbers.
Message Box - Allows you to see how many messages you
have in your voice mailbox.
