Transfer Recall Timeout
• Transfer Recall Timeout - is the amount of time a transferred call will ring at an extension before it
recalls back to the transferring location such as the auto attendant or an extension.
• Notes:
• If this timer is set shorter than an extension’s no answer forward time, the call will recall
before the forward takes place.
Emergency Number List
When an extension is locked, only the numbers in the emergency number list can be dialed. All other
calls are blocked.
RTP Port Setting
Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP) Port - is the lowest or starting port, which is usually an “Even” port
number, used to receive media packets. Replay information is then transferred using RTCP which will use
the next odd port number. As a general rule, this port number should not be changed.
