• Block Anonymous: - Check this parameter to block calls that have a Caller ID that shows

“Anonymous.”

• Phone Lock: -
• Dial Timeout (sec): - This timer, in seconds, is the amount of time that passes after you dial a digit

and the call is placed. It is also the amount of time that the telephone will wait between digits. If

you pause for longer than this timer, the call will dial, even if you have not finished entering the

number.

• Ringback Time (Sec): -
• Auto Redial Attempts: - Auto Redial is the number of times that the telephone will automatically

attempt to redial a number after the Auto Redial feature is enabled.

• Auto Redial Interval (sec): - Is the number of seconds between attempts.
• LCD Backlit Time: - Select the amount of time, in seconds, that a backlit display will be active.

Select between 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, and to leave it on “Enable”

• End Dial on #: - This allows you to press the # key to place the call.

Paged Settings

• All Paged Call: - Allows the extension to receive a page, when it is idle.
• Auto Mute on Single Paged Call: - When placing an intercom call, dialing between extensions, the

Third Soft button will change to show “Paging” which will allow the caller to activate a one way

paging announcement. If unchecked, the third button on the calling party’s telephone will not

change to show “Paging”.

• Single Paged Call: - When placing an intercom call, dialing between extensions, the third soft

button will change to show “Paging” which will allow the caller to activate a two way paging

conversation. If unchecked, the third button on the calling party’s telephone will not change to

show “Paging”.

• Notification on Single Paged Call: - Once enabled, a beep tone will be heard when someone calls

your extension and activates the Single Paged Call Feature.

Speed Dialing Settings

• Your telephone has ten (10) personal speed bins, for commonly dialed numbers, each one can hold

up to 31 digits. To access the numbers, go off hook, or press the speaker button and then press

the soft button under the word “SPD” from an idle telephone press the down navigation button.

• Select the Speed Dialing Entry 0 - 9.

Voice Mail Settings

• Voice Mail Password: - Enter the four digit password that you will use when logging into your voice

mailbox. The default password is set to 4 zeros - 0 0 0 0

• Max Length per voice message (Sec): - Enter the length, in seconds, of time that each caller will

have to leave a voicemail message. The default is set to 180 seconds.
