Radio connection
The radio connection to
the Sunny Beam is
unreliable. The Sunny Beam is too far away
from your Bluetooth PV system,
or the radio connection between
the Sunny Beam and your
Bluetooth PV system is subject to
interference. Reasons for the
interference could be, for
example, walls or ceilings which
weaken the radio waves. • Place the Sunny Beam closer to a
device of your Bluetooth PV
system. If this is not possible, use
the SMA Bluetooth Repeater to
bridge the radio gap.
Time
The time settings were
not saved. Due to the extensive time
management in your PV system,
the first attempt to change the
time settings may not be
successful, if, for example, the
time has already been set using
Sunny Explorer. The time you set
in the Sunny Beam is also
applied by the inverters. • Check the time settings after
commissioning and correct them, if
required.
