To create a group, select a group from the “Group” drop-down.

You can change the group name by clicking the “Change Group Name” button. A text box will be
isplayed for you to enter the new group. d
Choose what type of privilege you would like this group to have from the “Privilege Type” drop-down
menu.
Its access privilege will then be displayed. You can alter its settings by allowing or denying access to
other cameras using the checkboxes instead of accepting the defaults.
6.1.6 Disk Setup
Once you install a hard disk to the recorder, you would need to initialize it so that it can be ready for
recording. You can obtain basic information about the disk you installed in this page.
To initialize it, simply click the “Format” button.
You can also connect external USB thumb drive to the recorder for firmware upgrade.
