Clear paper jams in Tray 2
Use the following procedure to check for paper in all possible jam locations related to Tray 2. When a jam occurs,
the control panel might display a message and an animation that assists in clearing the jam.
1. Pull the tray completely out of the printer.
2. Remove any jammed or damaged sheets of paper.
3. If no jammed paper is visible, or if jammed paper is
deep enough in the Tray 2 feed area that it is
difficult to remove, press down on the single-sheet
priority feed slot, and then remove the feed slot
tray.
