Menu functions

To use menu items on the recorder, press
the jog dial to enter the menu, turn the dial
to select the item, and then press the dial
again to confirm the menu.
To use menu items on the remote control,
press DISPLAY for 2 seconds or more, turn
the control repeatedly to select the item,
and then press x to confirm the menu.
