for use with your kits.

Acquisition Detail

Tab

The acquisition detail is useful if you are optimizing assays before
giving them to end users.

You can find the acquisition detail on the Acquisition Detail tab. The
acquisition detail shows the progress of sample acquisition and
analysis as the system collects data from the sample. The detail
presents the information in different formats, including a session
detail table, histogram, and dot plot display.

The Acquisition Detail tab lets you create and dynamically monitor
batch acquisition. You cannot save the batch to the database;
however, you can save the raw data and results to a folder.

The Acquisition Detail tab is divided into three areas. The top
half shows the Main Control and Batch Data area. The lower-left
section shows the histogram, which monitors and presents
sample acquisition until the system fully acquires the batch. The
histogram lets you set a low- and high-gate parameter before
collecting data. The dot plot/beadmap view is in the lower-right
section of the Acquisition Detail tab. The dot plot/beadmap view
shows the real-time data collection as a dot plot.
