View Batch Data

‹

To open an existing batch previously stored in the data base:

1. Click the View Batch Data button. The Open Batch dialog

appears.

2. Select the desired batch file from the list. Click the Open button.

The Acquisition Detail tab displays the batch data.

To update the Histogram and Bead Map/Bar Graph highlight the line
of interest in the session data area. The graphs always reflect the
highlighted line.

Start

Click this button to initiate a sample read. Place a plate containing
the sample in the XYP instrument and click Start. If you activate
Start before warming up, an automatic 30-minute warmup phase
begins.

Go to the Run Batch tab to cancel an operation or to view the
detailed command list after selecting Start.

Batch Data and Buttons

Batch Name and Description:

The Batch Name and Description are

displayed in the top right corner of the Acquisition Detail screen.

Autosize.

This button automatically adjusts column widths to fit the

data and header sizes.

Statistics.

Defines which statistic you use to display your sample

data. Select an entry from the scroll list. There are eleven available
statistics:

Note:

To redisplay the

Histogram, Bar Graph, and
Bead Map visuals, raw data
must be stored at the time the
data is collected. To enable raw
data storage, select the Tools
menu and select Options. Make
sure ‘Enable Raw Data Storage’
is checked on.
