3.4.1 Pump in Flow

This fault indicates that there is an occlusion in the sample inlet.

A probable course for this could be occluded tubing’s, external filter

or inlet filter.

Corrective actions eliminate occlusion.

3.4.2 New NO Sensor

This fault indicate that the Full-scale output of the NO sensor is

≤80% of full scale value when sensor was installed. The NO sensor

must be replaced with a new NO sensor.

Please refer to section

4.3.8

and

5.1.8

when installing a new NO

sensor

3.4.3 New O

2

Sensor

The O

2

sensor output is detected to be below a specified limit during

Zero/O

2

Span Calibration. Replace the O

2

sensor. Please refer to

section

5.1.8

when installing a new O

2

sensor.

3.4.4 IR signal lost

This fault indicate that the sample Cell is contaminated. The sample

cell and windows must be cleaned. Might also display CO2, CO and

Ethanol data invalid in the Data Status section of the status window

see

figure 3.10

.

3.4.5 Pump Out Flow

a. Sample gas path is occluded at outlet during normal mode

operation.
Corrective action: Clear outlet occlusion. Use the pump on command

see

section 5.1.3

.

b. Sample gas path is occluded at the outlet during Zero/O

2

span

calibration.
Corrective action: Clear outlet occlusion. Use the pump on command

see

section 5.1.3

and perform a new Zero/O

2

span calibration see

section 4.2.1

.

Might also display a Zero calibration fail error in the Data status of

the status screen.
CO

2

, CO, Ethanol, NO Zero calibration fail and O

2

span calibration fail

will be displayed.
