4.5 ANN-80 Remote Annunciator Installation
The optional Model ANN-80 (red) and ANN-80-W (white) Remote Annunciator is shown in
Figure 4-6.

ANN-80 installation involves the following steps:
1. Make sure power is off at the panel.
2. Mount the ANN-80 in the desired location (see Section 4.5.1).
3. Connect the ANN-80 to the panel (see Section 4.6).
4. Use the DIP switches on the back of the ANN-80 to assign an ID# to the ANN-80 (see
Section 4.7.1).
5. The new ANN-80 module must be added to the system through programming.
JumpStart will add the module automatically (see Section 6.1). You can also add it manu-
ally (see Section 7.3.2). Select a name, if desired (see Section 7.3.1.1).
