Error Code Description Action
#0839 The user name or password for the SMTP
Authentication is incorrect. Start the Remote UI and make sure that SMTP
Server in E-mail/I-Fax Settings under Network
Settings matches the SMTP server address you
checked in “Network Settings,” in the e-Manual.
Start the Remote UI and enter the correct
password for the SMTP Authentication in
Password in E-mail/I-Fax Settings under
Network Settings.
If you do not know what your password is,
check in the notification form issued by your
ISP (Internet Service Provider) or consult the
network administrator. –

#0853 The job was not able to be processed due
to the reason why it was canceled from an
application or operating system while the print
data was being sent to this machine from a
computer etc.
You have sent the print data unsupported by
the machine or sent corrupted print data. –
–
Check the settings, and then repeat the
operation.
#0859 An error occurred while compressing scanned
originals. Check the scan settings, and then try scanning
again.
