FILT Output Filtering
Syntax: FILT [a.aaa]<cr>
This commands sets the measurement result filtering.
Example:
>filt 1
Filter : 1.0000
>filt 0.5
Filter : 0.5000
>filt 0.1
Filter : 0.1000

This command resets the device.
