Transferring Audio Files from Your Computer

Switching the USB mode
Before connecting the unit to the computer, set the unit’s USB mode as shown
below based on the software program you want to use to transfer audio files.
Software program USB mode
• SonicStage
• Windows Explorer MSC (Mass Storage Class) (default
setting)
• Windows Media Player 10 MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)

On the Home menu, press / to select “Tools,” and then
press the center button.

Press / to select “Settings,” and then press the center
button.

Press / to select “General Settings,” and then press the
center button.

Press / to select “USB Mode,” and then press the center
button.

Press / to select “MSC” or “MTP,” and then press the center
button.
The selected USB mode is set.
