About My status
The following status options are available.
Icon Meaning
(Online) You appear online to your contacts.
(Busy) You appear busy to your contacts.
Entering comments
You can enter short comments, such as description of yourself or a message to
your friends, into your profile to be viewed by other users.

On any Google Talk screen, press OPTION.
The Context menu appears.

Press / to select “My Status,” and then press the center
button.
The My Status screen appears.

Press / to select “Custom Message,” and then press the
center button.
A Custom Message box is selected.

Enter messages using the keyboard, and then press the center
button.

Press / to select “Save,” and then press the center button.
