Item Options
Profile Note
The following information is shared with other users when
you use the Ad Hoc Application ( page 117).
Information entered in this item is viewed by other users
when communicating using the Ad Hoc Application. Entry
for all items is optional.
• Nickname: Your nickname (up to 32 characters).
• About Me: Comments or a description about yourself (up to
127 characters).
• Birth Date: Your birthday in the date format that is set in
“Date Format” of “Date & Time.”
• My Picture: Sets a photo or preset icon to represent you.
• Skype Name: Your Skype Name.
• Google ID: Your Google Talk ID.
• Yahoo! ID: Your Yahoo! Messenger ID.
• My Color: Sets the background color of the Music Player’s
Now Playing screen.
• Preview: Displays your profile.
Wallpaper Sets a background wallpaper from photos or preset files.
USB Mode

Sets the USB mode used to connect to a computer via a USB
cable. Options are “MSC” (default setting) and “MTP.”
Backlight
Brightness
Sets the contrast of the display from among three levels. The
default setting is “2” (standard).
Auto Backlight
Off
If set to “YES” (default setting), the backlight automatically
darkens two minutes after the last user operation, and it
automatically turns off four minutes after the last user
operation.
Auto Power Off If set to “YES” (default setting), the unit automatically turns
off 10 minutes after the last user operation.
Key Sound If set to “ON” (default setting), a beep sounds when you
operate the unit.
