Step 2.
Select the type of software to download.
Step 3.
Find and start the Auto Update.exe program.
Step 4.
Click Find to search for and list the units that are
online on this network.
Step 5.
Select the IP address of the unit you want to
upgrade.
Step 6.
Click Browse to find and select the file you
downloaded..
Step 7.
With both the IP address and file selected, click
Update. When asked for a User Name, enter hardy,
and for Password use updatepass (all lowercase )
and click OK. A percent complete bar will show
the progress of the upgrade followed by a screen
indicating the programming is complete.
NOTE:
If Update does not display the Password screen,
your program file may have too long of a path
from the root directory. Try moving your files up
to your root directory and run again.
Step 8.
Cycle power on your HI 3000 series instrument.
