found to be corrupt. Before this error can be cleared, certain information in the
Configure Menu (see Section 2.5) and Counter Menu (see Section 2.6) must be
entered. In the Configure Menu all MOTION DETECTOR values, all SPEED
ADVANCE information, the Topstop angle, and the machine OFFSET must be
entered. In the Counter Menu each counter must first be turned on, then each can
be left on or turned off if desired. Error 063 can be cleared when this data is
programmed.

TOPSTOP SPEED ADVANCE DATA INVALID, RE-ENTER IN CONFIGURE
MENU
1) The data stored to make the Topstop Speed Advance feature work properly is
invalid. You must follow the instructions in this manual for programming
Topstop Speed Advance to correct this error (see Section 2.5.4).

NO PLS DATA PROGRAMMED! WARNING! OUTPUTS NOT ACTIVE!
This error is intended to notify the operator that no PLS data has been
programmed for the current setup. Without any data programmed for PLS
(Programmable Limit Switch) functions, the System 2500 will not switch the
output relays on and off. The following options can be chosen:
1) Reprogram the PLS channels with their proper setpoints so that the output
channels will properly control the devices to which they are wired.
2) Recall a setup which was previously stored containing the proper PLS and die
protection data for this die.
Once any PLS channel has been programmed with setpoints or assigned as a
restricted channel, Error 066 may be cleared by pressing the CLEAR key.

MOTION DETECTOR THRESHOLD IS GREATER THAN MAXIMUM
SPEED
This error indicates that incorrect data has been entered (or that the operator has
not completed data entry) for the Motion Detector function of the System 2500.
The THRESHOLD value is the machine speed at which the System 2500
recognizes that the machine is in motion. This value is entered by the operator as
is the value for the maximum speed of the machine. The error indicates that the
