MOTION NOT PRESENT WITHIN ALLOWED TIME AFTER AC RUN
SIGNAL APPLIED

1) Check to see if the machine is attempting to start, i.e., that power is being
applied to the clutch/brake solenoid valves so that they open briefly to engage
clutch. If not, check for trouble in clutch/brake drive circuit or in valves
themselves.

2) If machine is starting properly (valves actuate or brief motion takes place) but
this error causes machine to stop, check values programmed into MOTION
DETECTOR for motion threshold and clutch engagement time. See instructions
in this manual for setting up the MOTION DETECTOR and correct the stored
values if necessary.

3) Check for slippage of chain/sprocket drive for resolver unit and correct if
necessary.

093

MOTION ABSENT IN EXCESS OF ALLOWED TIME WITH AC RUN

2) Check for slippage of chain/sprocket drive for resolver unit.
